Biodynamic work is often taught through concepts, perceptual language, and descriptions of the tides.
But underneath all of that is a foundation that determines how we sit with another person, perceive, recognize Health, witness a session organize itself, and when intervention serves the work rather than interrupts it.
Foundations of Biodynamic Stillness Work is a six-weekend live training devoted to those foundations.
It is an opportunity to go beyond techniques and protocols into a way of working that can accomplish what they were designed to do with greater ease, precision, and elegance.

Who This Training Is For
This training is open to practitioners who already work with the body, nervous system, movement, touch, or therapeutic relationship.
It may be particularly relevant for:
- Massage therapists and bodyworkers
- Osteopaths
- Chiropractors
- Craniosacral therapists of any orientation
- Somatic practitioners
- Manual therapists
- Movement practitioners
- Other clinicians interested in Biodynamic principles, stillness, perception, and self-organizing healing processes
- For Sacred Recreation Biodynamic Foundations alumni: this training is also an opportunity to return to the foundations through my current teaching — including material that has evolved since earlier cohorts. The live format also offers the experience of revisiting the work in community, participating in guided practicums, asking questions directly, and receiving support with how these principles are showing up in your practice now.
No previous Biodynamic or craniosacral training is required.
For practitioners who already have training in craniosacral therapy or Biodynamics, this course offers an opportunity to revisit foundational principles at a deeper level and make them more explicit, embodied, and clinically usable.
